Garage Project makes some of Aotearoa’s best-loved beer — and behind every can is an operation: orders, kegs, labels, barcodes, freight to two islands, deliveries to sign and sales to track.
The Matrix grew to hold all of it — one internal platform where a Shopify web order lands as a parcel to build, a driver collects a signature at the door, a keg label goes from screen to printer, and the sales team watches live numbers. The kind of software nobody outside the building sees, and nobody inside could work without.
